2. Research-use only
VivoProof is intended for research teams and organizations seeking preclinical study planning and managed study coordination. Public materials do not provide animal-study protocols, dosing instructions, medical advice, treatment claims, or support for human use, consumer resale, or self-administration.
3. Review and acceptable use
You may be asked to provide organizational identity, research purpose, compound documentation, material details, billing information, and a signed research-use attestation before any study planning or operations review. You agree not to use the site to request unlawful activity, human-use guidance, consumer sales support, or instructions that bypass facility, ethics, or animal-welfare review.
4. Proof Planner outputs and study plans
Proof Planner outputs are planning estimates only. They are not final study plans, protocols, purchase orders, guarantees of feasibility, or commitments from any laboratory. Formal pricing, timing, and study design depend on research-use review, compound review, material availability, facility capacity, assay methods, applicable approvals, and operations confirmation.
5. Laboratory and service coordination
VivoProof may coordinate with independent laboratories, consultants, logistics providers, or analysis vendors. These study partners may require their own agreements, review processes, animal-welfare controls, payment terms, and data-delivery standards. VivoProof is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, schedules, or independent compliance obligations.
6. Submitted materials and confidentiality
Do not submit trade secrets, unpublished data, or confidential materials unless you are authorized to share them and are ready for them to be reviewed for feasibility. Any separate confidentiality agreement or master services agreement will control if it conflicts with these public Terms.
7. Website content
Site content, including study pages, calculators, text, images, and layouts, is provided for informational intake and marketing purposes. Visuals are representative operational imagery. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or misuse site content except as permitted by law or by written permission.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VivoProof disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VivoProof will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or reliance on planning estimates.
